Shameful service
Terrible application. First of all, why only a selected countries can log into the app?? As a French with a French number, I simply could not log into the app… a few hours after I managed to find someone (danish) who was willing to help me, as gave me his naerboks account. However, since the parcel had been ordered with MY phone number, his would simply not open the locker🤡🤡🤡🤡 I then tried to create a new account, with a danish number, but the activation code would simply not be sent, waiting 10minutes for it, and doing it 3 days straight. In a nutshell: this is shameful, my parcel will simply be resent automatically back to the France, with me paying 10€ of transportation fees and facing the locker unable to retrieve the package.
