Unable to use Return journey option

When trying to book tickets using Retun Journey option, then the app gets crashed and gets closed automatically.

App is unusable

Unusable and buggy interface. Functionality non-existent. Cannot logout. Cannot book tickets. Station names randomly disappear.

OTP not coming for sign up

I’m not receiving any OTP after signing up for account verification.

App not working

Whenever I select station app thrown an error “business time over please try again”. I login again and retry but same issue.

Needs improvement

Not able to top up my card. Very much room for improvement.

App crashes when ever I try to book tickets online.And card top up facility is still not available.

Everytime I enter the route, it immediately closes. Everytime I have to visit a station to get a ticket.

Pathetic app it crashes everytime i try to book ticket.Previously it used to work but after update its not working.

The application is closing on its own while running.
