The online consultation service is very unprofessional I had to wait for 20 min my appointment 2:30 waited until 2:50  for the dr to join the call, then they told me they have no idea why the dr didn’t join, rescheduled the call to 3:15  I joined again.. same story dr didn’t care to join. After 10 min of waiting again he calls me on the PHONe didn’t join the call. and I express my concerns and frustration, he recommends to reschedule my appointment  again after. So I was delayed almost two hours.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i don’t recommend is at all, what a shame.
