Namba Food - delivery service

Заказ приходится ждать больше 2х часов! И когда звонишь долго ждать пока ответят и не предоставляют номер курьеров. За один маленький заказ поменялись 2-3 курьера! Ужас!

как курьеры в глово успевают доставить заказ в течение часа на велике?? а курьеры в намбафуд на машинах, как будто идут с заказом и просто гуляют и только в течение 3 часов доставят. мне ещё оператор говорит что из за пробки, заказ длится больше 2 часов, я говорю не можете чуть побыстрее? оператор как будто злится, говорит мне «в 2гис зайдите, там вы можете посмотреть какие пробки у нас!!!» 🤣🤣

Horrible inconsistent service. Usually they process the food order with no problem but there are times they will not because they could n’t get through to you on the phone. You have to wait for a long time just to realize they never processed the order. Really horrible service!

It is practically impossible to check the status of your order, and it is impossible to contact the delivery driver. The app does not provide ANY contact information, so you have absolutely NO CLUE when your driver will arrive with the food. There is no settings button in the app, and there is no customer service contact information provided. I even Google searched Namba Food's phone number, called it, and the phone was turned off. I placed an order, and I knew it would take some time as the restaurant was on the other side of town. After waiting 1.5 hours, I called the restaurant, and they said a driver already came and grabbed the food. I had no way to contact the driver or see where he/she was. I couldn't contact Namba to ask them. Eventually, 3 HOURS after placing my order, the food arrived. I don't know how this app was allowed to be made without these vital functionalities.

The positive aspect of Namba is they offer a variety of options. That’s about it. The coordination between restaurants and delivery leaves you waiting for more than an hour at minimum. You’re better off just going to the location and ordering, it would be significantly quicker.
