Registering for the service has been overly complicated, from signing up to submitting payment information. There isn’t a simple 3-step process, and I was unable to complete my registration.

Ich habe mich nach langem Hin und her dazu überwunden mir ein Musik-Telefon-Daten-Paket zuzulegen, die Musik zu hören die ich hören möchte und keine zusammen gewürfelte Playlist, in der die Stücke, die ich hören möchte fast gar nicht gespielt werden. 
Und jetzt ??? Kann ich gar keine Musik hören, da die App hängt und mich nicht rein lässt. Habe es den ganzen Tag versucht, aber ohne Erfolg. Am liebsten würde ich mein Geld zurück verlangen. Mal sehen, ob das klappt. 
Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen.

Was ist los bei euch??? Lieder lassen sich nicht mehr abspielen, viele Songs sind auf einmal weg! Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde, aber langsam reicht es mir, ich gehe woanders hin.
