I’m so glad I found NC. I was on hormonal birth control for years, and it wrecked my mental health. I got off it and used the “pull and pray” method along with an app that only estimated ovulation dates. I ended up pregnant! Now that I’m postpartum and definitely avoiding any more babies for the time being, I’m using NC. This is my third cycle and the app makes it super clear when I’m ovulating, and they explain everything very well. Very easy to understand and way more accurate than Flo for obvious reasons!

I’m someone who has a hard time sticking to something so I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find myself measuring and using this app everyday. The Algorithm is super accurate so far (I’m on month 1 still) and it has been teaching me so much about my body and keeping me aware of my cycle and mood throughout my cycle.

This is definitely the best app ever to UNDERSTAND your cycle, your body, your mood and to finally have control of your fertility in a way that is healthy.

So far liking the app and am using it to try to conceive. I like the graph feature but it would be even more useful if it also included the calendar date along the bottom instead of just the cycle day. Can this be added in future releases?

I found natural cycles when I was 20 years old, and have been using it throughout the past eight years to prevent pregnancy. It is a great tool for me to work with such that I never really enjoyed pill form of birth control. This is a much better way to listen to my body, I also use NC as a journal. I am a routine oriented person so using a thermometer is no issue for me.

I am enjoying the app but really hate how the first thing I see when I open the app is “Use Protection” in large letters, I feel like I can’t open it in public. I wish it was more discreet and had a smoother user experience. For the amount of money this costs, the design should be improved and less cluttered and jarring.

I signed up a year ago and last week a $99 transfer went through on my card. Obviously I should have remembered that this transfer was going to go through, but no email or warning was sent to me. I don't use this app and I can't afford to throw $99 in the trash. Unfortunately, I have had no refund or understanding from them.
