It has been over two months since I placed the ordered and my package is still held at the customs. When i asked for a refund, they asked me to call customs to unlock my package and pay the customs taxes if any.!!!! And they tried to put the blame on USA custom saying customs procedure takes too long in the USA!!!! This is UNBELIEVABLE! I have order from Turkey, China, Africa and never had this issue before. You haven’t mentioned any extra fees when I placed the order, nor mentioned that we need to call customs to get our package? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? Update 11/11/2024: After sending several emails asking for a refund, and explaining that clearly that I wont be calling customs nor paying customs taxes I received this bold response: “ Once the order has been returned, we will proceed to refund.” Be transparent about your hidden fees from the start!! I will escalate that to consumers complaints center. Everyone who had the same experience should do the same and report we’re being ripped off, we’re asked to pay hidden fees, and they put the blame on US customs. That’s the last time I’ll do business with Spanish online business !

Order was destroyed. Couldn’t get anyone to respond or refund my order. Sent picture proof, etc. Return my email and refund at least a portion and I will remove this 1 star review.

I ordered some toothpaste but upon ordering, I noticed that it had sodium lauryl sulfate in it so I immediately contacted the company at least three different times and they never responded to my emails to cancel my order and refund me. They shipped my order so I contacted PayPal and they said as Soon as I receive the order to call them and they will open a dispute, I will never order anything from this company again ever!! and I will delete my app and close my account as soon as I’m refunded.

Glad to have found you some time ago. Happy with your products, but for me it was a little confusing when trying to get to the shopping basket and to pay for it.

They take your money and NEVER ship your items‼️ But they say they are on the way… as 3 months go by…

I tried some of your products and I just became a big fun.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM NATURITAS IN SPAIN!!! They “bait and switch” products on their website. They show you one brand in the picture of the item you think you are ordering, then ship a completely inferior different brand product without asking you or telling you. When I complained on their website, they tell you to refuse the package and ask postal delivery company to send it back as “refused.” However, you don’t know if you want to refuse the items until you open the package (and see what inferior products they switched for your order) and see what they mailed you. The postal company will not accept a package that has been opened as a “refused package.” So you are stuck with the crap they charged you a bunch of money for, but DIDN’T deliver. Then they expect YOU to pay the return shipping charges!! They know good and well they are shipping cheaper brands of what you ordered, despite the name brand being shown on their website!! Buyer beware! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ORDER FROM THEM!!! You will be disappointed. And they offer very little customer service to try and make it right.

I ordered $235 worth of products. I had ordered once before but had trouble that time too. This time my product never arrived. I write just to ask about tracking or if it was lost. The company claimed they only sell through Amazon and not this app. DO NOT USE THIS. Support is nonexistent if anything goes wrong, they deny this app exists. The email the app gave me for help denies they have anything to do with this app. Crazy! Fraud!
