Poor interface
UI is very hard to navigate. Direction is often unclear, especially on bus stations. Extremely hard to search on english location name. Everything is loaded very slowly

Language issue
I used to like this app, but after the recent update, even my own profile is now in Korean even though I chose English as the language. The whole app contains a mixture of English and Korean but not all Korean sections have an English translation.
Very limited English user interface
Not friendly to non-Korean users. I couldn’t complete the verification for the account even with the help of google translate and hence couldn’t write a review.
I couldnt get through the robot/human verification step
I got stuck when trying to create a new account with my apple id because it just didnt proceed to the next screen.
Need improvement
Unable to recover old credentials. Very bad design. What’s the point of using 3rd party login when u still need to login again directly to NAVER

竟然各语种混杂，注册时是华语，注册完，在我的账户那边就全部是韩语了，这是只让你注册，不让你销户啊
Doesnt work
Nothing happena after accepting terms. Please fix
Backward Company
The system is so backward, it requires anyone to register a Korean only mobile number. International numbers by tourists who really needed this function were denied usage. This is really backward.

Waiting for verification code and still waiting! 🤷♀️
Good app in Korea
Had used total 8 days in Korea and I was very satisfied of using it. Especially I tried google map and it gave me a “straight line” route and expected me to walk direct into building :)
