Takes too much of storage space

When uploading photos to cloud, it seems to copy again all the photos locally on my phone. And ends up with taking phone storage significantly. This blows off my phone storage easily. As the photos are all saved in the cloud it’s unnecessary to copy them again locally under MyBox app.

갑자기 어플이 아예 안됨 계속 파란 로고 화면에서 안넘어감 ㅡㅡ

앱이 아예 안떠요

여러번 깔았다가 지워도 그냥 마이박스 완전 첫화면 파랗고 박스 그려진 로딩 화면에 멈춰있습니다...

아이핀 인증 최악

스마트폰에서 본인 인증. 아이핀 으로 진행하면 안됨. 아이핀 알림 받고 아이핀 앱에서 인증 진행 후 네이버마이박스 앱으로 돌아오면 인증 초기화면으로 돌아감.

앱이 안들어가져요

앱이 그냥 안들어가져요 눌러도 계속 메인화면만 뜨고 사진을 볼 수가 없어요 해결해주세요

다 좋은데 국내에 도시명만 뜰게 아닌 지도로 보이게하는 것도 나쁘지 않은 것 같아요! 아 물론 해외 지도 뜨면 좋겠구요!

저 정기결제 해지하려고 하는데 해지가 안 돼서요 80gb 이용권 샀는데 해지하려고 하는데 해지 좀 시켜주실 수 있나요 잘못 눌러서 결제가 되어버렸는데 꼭 좀 해지시켜주세요 ㅠㅠ🥹
