Used to be fantastic but Garmin have ruined that.

Bought the app while ago. Then they take it back and want you to pay a subscription. Pretty dog move

$100 a year or don’t bother

Completely useless unless you pay $100 annually !

Was a good app before Garmin got involved

Used this app for years and it was fantastic. The past year however has been all down hill, and it’s now fallen off a cliff. Useful functionality has been removed, licensing has been changed to negatively impact those with existing annual licenses. We are half way across the Pacific with six months still to run on our current annual license and we can suddenly not run the app on more than one device. Do not bother or waste your $$ on this product, there are now much better options out there, have a look in the App Store (just look at the 2.9 rating on this product). Garmin seems to be the place that good products go to die. RIP Navionics!

Membership

I used to like this app as I brought and paid for it years ago prior to membership requirements. Shame that my purchase changed when they change the rules.

Used to be good, now it’s not worth downloading Without paying , we paid with the old app but they have taken it away , already pay for maps on the fish finder and chart plotter , this addition Subscription is just another money grab

Very good app

Update: Everything I paid for back in the day is now gone and now they want $100 per year for access to maps. Just delete it! Especially when you can get the permanent Linz marine maps for $5!!! ————- My review back in 2015: This is a fun, easy to use charting app. Works very quickly on iPhone 6. Sonar charts have incredible detail. Track recording works very sweetly, though does chew battery. Neat bits like tide and current prediction at various places, and light beacon descriptions, plus ownership of moorings. All nicely presented and mostly intuitive (but note that 'route' is for planning a new route, not recording your current one!) Cons: You have to buy extras to bring out more advanced functionality. Not exactly cheap, though much cheaper than my boat and same price as a single paper chart.

Fee gouging

Been using this app for years (10+) and was happy to pay the subscription until now . A 5x increase to $100 is unreal. Will start looking elsewhere. All the best, your old loyal supporter.

Can’t find Apple Watch Ultra

Google Maps works on my Apple Watch Ultra but sadly I will have to keep pulling my phone out of its safe pocket to quickly check my position. Kris

Used to be great

Was once a go-to, but recently stability is just no longer there. I’m sure it’s my fault, but then so is my subscription dollars…. Adios!
