Bug

The app doesn’t even load. I spent ten minutes trying to open the app and it just stays on the loading screen.

Watching problem

Couldn’t watch in 1080p network Is good but often it displays in 144p

Unable to load screens

I’m not expecting such low performance app developed by Microsoft. Earlier this app was still manageable, but it has become impossible to use as it loads the “Games” screen after 5-6 restarts. Home screen never loads for me. There is issue with my internet either as I am on higher speed wifi. You can’t give such awful experience after charging heavy subscription fees. App needs major performance improvement. I don’t know how it’s having 4.5 stars rating. Looks like all are fake and paid rating for this pathetic app. Apple should not approve such poor performing paid apps.

While watching games on iPad top menu appears making the experience less immersive and frustrating . Somehow every start of new season has an issue with app

Not loading content

The latest version on iPad and firstick is buggy. Home Screen is blank. Games screen shows retry but does not load any games…
