Not Even Loading In

The reason I’m writing this is as such: I love basketball, EuroLeague, College and especially the NBA. That’s why I bought a subscription to the Leauge Pass expecting to be able to watch all games from here in Sweden. Instead I’m met with error after error, trouble after trouble, roadblock after roadblock, stopping me from being able to watch what I have paid for. I’ve reloaded, updated and deleted the app multiple times with no success. All I have to say is this. National Basketball Association fix your app.

Bring back game charts

App is so buggy. Sometimes it doesn’t load. Sometimes when you click into a game, the box score just never loads. It just makes me angry. And please bring back game charts that you had in the app two years ago that you still have on NBA.com. the one where you see how the score fluctuates. I hate that I have to go to nba.com to be able to see it. Why would you show different things online and in the app?

Worst sports app

Cluttered, hard to find, videos playing left and right, buggy. Probably the worst sports app.

I can’t scroll while watching because then I lose all the sound

It’s a good app. I like that you can block the scores, easy to track your favourite teams/players. The reason why I didn’t rate it higher was because whenever I watch on my Tv, if I scroll too much or I pause the game for too long it just looses all the sound. I was watching a game once, half way through it kicked me out and I had to start watching the match all over again because if I scroll to where I was before I’d have to watch it without any sound. It’s also very laggy sometimes, and it’s not because of my Tv. This never happens with any other program on my Tv, except for NBA

Not working well

Ive noticed how the app has been working very poorly the last days. What’s wrong?

League pass

I paid for the league pass and still can’t watch the games I don’t get it u take my money and I can’t watch the games
