To many, the user interface of an app is what determines its usefulness. The frustrating “why won’t this thing just do the thing I downloaded it for”? Especially when certain user permissions — such as MLB and NFL blackout rules — are in play. 

To those who open an app and feel frustrated, count your blessings. For not once has this app ever opened on my device, or any device in my household. It simply crashes on opening. No matter what iOS version I have, deleting/updating this app, nothing. 

Truly the most worthless app a multibillion dollar company can make.

146.25 billion dollar company but heaven forbid they don’t run the annoying toyotathon commercials incessantly. Opening a live stream? Ad over the live broadcast. Accidentally tough g the screen? Cut to ad during live play. I’m already forced to download another app to watch my team vs just being able to watch thru Xfinity stream because of typical greed and this one doesn’t even work well. Every time I’ve used this app to stream a game it has randomly quit. Also they can’t even get orientation right. Exiting out from a stream in landscape mode takes you back to a menu in a vertical screen and it never orients back to widescreen unless you close the app and reopen. I’m physically disabled and having to deal with this is annoying. Why can’t you just at least get orientation right? This company is rich and greedy enough to afford better quality.

Every time I try to watch a stream in this app it tells me I can’t and that there is an error. Even when I sign into my tv service provider. If it’s not working because it won’t take my service provider login and wants me to pay more than I already do for cable that’s just ridiculous. I should be able to login to the app with my cable information and watch things live if they have it as an option.
