The transactions dates on the app are always incorrect, it’s never in the correct order & not only that but your available balance is never truly in real time. Makes it really difficult to understand your own bank balance as well as money coming in/going out. This area could definitely use some work.

Just updated the app and I can’t make a payment! Loaded a new beneficiary, waited for the one time authorization and all of a sudden a one time pin will be sent to my phone. Almost an hour later and still no pin. 
I had to make other external plans to pay the beneficiary. 
What is going on Nedbank? I rely on this app!

Such a stupid app not allowing me to log into my bed bank account without it saying your updated t&cs with it being like that for months we we tried fixing it work for a DAY then go to its updated t&cs. I DO NOT RECCOMEND getting with Nedbank as a bank they are stupid and do not fix their problems on their app. They do not allow me to order my McDonalds buy data or airtime or even check my balance + more.

I’ve been to two different branches, contacted everyone I can and still have my old cards that have been lost or are past their expiry date still showing up in my cards overview pages. They are just slowly piling up. 

This, and the fact that recently I have been getting a lot of notifications about their marketing that I did not sign up for, and they offer no setting to switch it back to just transactions. You get these notifications any time in a day or night, sometimes waking me up.

Was an OK app, now it’s a pile of garbage.

Nedbank has issues. My profile limit option doesn’t want to open, I called and I was told to delete and download the app now I can’t register even though I’m getting the approve it message. I went to a branch and they told me it’s network issues. How do I struggle with network for 3 weeks while the other options are working. They are busy telling me that everything is fine on their side

I've had a disappointing experience with the NetBank app. The "instant" EFT feature is misleading, as transactions took over half an hour to clear. The user interface is cluttered and confusing, making navigation difficult for first-time users. Additionally, the constant promotion of investment offers is intrusive. I don't appreciate being bombarded with suggestions on where to invest my money. Overall, the app needs significant improvements in usability, and user experience. From one developer to another. Try and simplify and streamline the app

I use this App mainly for tracking my Greenbacks. Sometimes I can log in with the App PIN, other times I get an error message “Something’s wrong. A server error has occurred. Please try again later. “
I cannot dismiss the message, the little 360° spinning wheel remains spinning, and the App as a whole becomes unresponsive. 
No place to log a fault. “AI” bit requires login, which fails as per above.
