iphone 16 face recognition not working properly in neos biz

Superb App for SMEs

I’ve used many other banking apps and this NDB bizz and the Normal Neos app are the worst of them. They stop working at the most important times we need to make a transfer. Some transfers get errors and they take over a week to send us the refund. If your using this app know at an urgency you can’t do anything. Worst app of all time. Have complained some bank officials and they have the same issue on their apps too.

When it was working it was a solid 3-4 star but from about two weeks it has not go passed the loading screen. Very disappointed.

Forgot password option isn’t working in iOS. I need to enter my password in order to reset my password. 😂😂😂 Stupid Sri Lankan IT solutions. Learn to think beyond the island mentality.

Face id not support please solve this issue

Although I enabled the face recognition option through app it only allows you to login through your password. But this feature works on the NDB Neos app but not Neos Biz

Very bad app Only got pass word one month getting for user name No statement Wast our time

NDB APP is really bad… today is august 8th App was down from 4th just imagine… company account is down for 4 days is not just a small issue… and there is no alternative option to logon to our current account… same story happen few month before for saving account online portal too… i feel wasted using this app…
