Kostenlose Probezeit, aber man wird nicht erinnert bevor Geld abgebucht wird und die Abo wird auch nicht über Apple Store geführt = ich habe es vergessen dass die App überhaupt am Handy ist. Dass ich dafür zahle ich mir erst am Kontoauszug aufgefallen. Auch da gab es keine Mail oder sonstiges, wird still abgebucht. Natürlich ist es am Ende meine Verantwortung aber das geht doch auch anders.. bei anderen Apps funktioniert es auch. Die App habe ich einmal benutzt, sonst waren die Deals/Restaurants für mich nicht lohnenswert genug.

Die App hat nach einem Update einfach mein Abo „vergessen“. Neu installieren, usw., nichts hilft. Ein telefonischer Support wird nicht angeboten. Auf wiederholte E-Mails und auf, auf der Webseite ausgefüllte Formulare wird nicht reagiert. Jetzt muss ich wegen 70€ den Anwalt einschalten!?

Edit 12.12.24: Problem immer noch nicht behoben. Auf Mails wird gar nicht mehr reagiert.

Ich mag die Idee der App total. Bisher hab ich nur einen Probemonat getestet, weil ich mich nicht zum Abo durchringen konnte. Das ist aber albern, weil es umgerechnet wirklich nur 3€/Monat sind. Lachhaft geradezu! Die App macht das übrigens sehr clever, sie zeigt die aufgesammelte Ersparnis an, und so wird sehr deutlich, dass sich das Ganze praktisch mit dem ersten Einsatz lohnt. Der Fokus liegt ganz klar auf 2 for 1 Deals, nur wenig lässt sich allein nutzen. Und von den als neues Feature gefeierten Videos überall bin ich kein Fan, ist mir alles zu unübersichtlich und auch unnötig für den schnellen Überblick.

Wir haben schon mehrfach erlebt, dass wir die Deals nicht einlösen konnten. Server Down, Restaurant nimmt plötzlich den Deal nicht an usw.. Leider in der Umsetzung alles andere als super.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von NeoTaste. Ich hatte mir einen 1-Euro-Burger bei Peter Pane reserviert, was eigentlich eine tolle Aktion sein sollte. Leider habe ich aus Stress vor dem Restaurant schon auf “Einlösen” geklickt, und dann war der Gutschein einfach weg. Es ist unfassbar ärgerlich, dass so etwas nicht rückgängig gemacht werden kann.

Bei einer Mitgliedschaft, die so viel kostet, erwarte ich eine benutzerfreundliche und kundenorientierte Lösung! Warum muss man direkt vor den Augen der Mitarbeiter klicken? Warum gibt es keine klar angegebene Einlösungszeit, sodass man den Vorgang in Ruhe durchführen kann? Das aktuelle System ist schlicht unpraktisch und sorgt für Frust, statt Freude zu bereiten.

Das muss dringend geändert werden! Ich werde die App so nicht weiterempfehlen, solange solche vermeidbaren Probleme bestehen bleiben.
