Neptune - Mobile Security

In short I had a subscription that lapsed. Instead of just dropping after the millionth rejection from my bank - it charged the Missus’ card when she just put her information into my phone because it was secondary. DIRTY POOL and she did not consent. This is the last time around your service will be on my devices - don’t care how good your service was/is ; this is unacceptable. I would have done it myself when I had the funds for it. Instead you put her into a panic wondering why there was an additional charge to the bank. Shame.

I was looking for additional protection for my IPhone and after testing several apps, this one was both easy to set up, works amazing, and has prevented dozens of cyber threats and attempts to access my cell. The only downside is this is an app created in another country and some items don’t convert into English, so you have to use your best judgement in setting controls.

Well I am an ole Man and never in my entire life did I ever think Security would be so important that I would see it launch itself out of existence for me to understand? Thanks to the Developer of this app He has created a unique Outstanding Design App that helps you myself and our family! The Developer has made it seem so easy to Download and use, and it is so very important for you myself and our family! This app helps combat the Crooks who invented the words Scam Fraud Fraudulent and so on that want to take our money and successfully become our identity if given the chance! I hate to admit it but these Crooks are not Dum by all means but thanks to this Developer He is helping all of us to become smarter in the combat fight against these evil people. So Mr. Developer I truly Tip my Hat 🎩 to you and say “ Thank’s “ for you my Friends who took the time to read this please Download this Unique Outstanding Design App and give it a try! Hard to evaluate when alerts come on a different language I read.

This app is crashing on my iPhone 13 pro max all the time. I thought it might be because of the public beta OS. But it also cannot run on a normal 15.4 version. Updates: uninstall and reinstall the app can fix the issue. However, there are some non-English words displayed during system check with English language mode.

I have only been using the app for approximately 6 hours and already found one security problem, that was quickly and easily solved. This mobile security app throughly checks multiple sources and sends instant messages to your home screen. It takes just a few minutes to set up and the prompts can be mildly confusing to navigate. Once you have explored the options, the information is very useful in providing sufficient layers of protection. Thanks for a very useful app!

Happy long-time user of Neptune Security and the developer is regularly updating for currency. In addition to a very detailed Device information tab, there’s an Orbit tab that shows all a summary of all the devices you have Neptune installed on. I did note a minor bug where it reports my firmware is out of date on an iPod Touch 7th Gen; I already have the latest iOS version (15.0.2) installed.
