This app is essentially a copy-and-paste job of the website. Instead of creating an app optimized for mobile everything is emulated into an app shell, making the experience. The interface doesn’t even fit properly on my phone screen. It’s disappointing to see the lack of effort they have put in the app.

I rarely write reviews. Rather use the website.

Worst app ever. I tried it a year ago and it didn’t work. Am trying it now again hoping something has changed but what do you know?? This is ridiculous. Am about to delete again and most likely never coming back.

The App crash a lot & takes long to load. We will really appreciate & decent update Please & Thanks in advance

I wish there was a way to give this service 0 stars. Just placed an order and the card, cake and flowers all arrived at separate times and even at the end of the business day. I would have not seen this if my significant other had not alerted me. I am a long time customer but this was really embarrassing...

What a terrible app. Does not download all images. I always end up ordering on the actual website. Your java developer should be fired. Very expensive also, your buyer should be fired. Orders to Soweto take time n delivery of same address but different products get charge two delivery fees - waft a rip off. Terrible service!

This app is not user friendly and shows next delivery date as Dec 11. We are now in June!! For an online platform , you need to be multichannel and not rely purely on website ordering

Really should be no star. First time user of the service. Ordered and paid on a Wednesday. Delivery on a Friday was simply shambles.

Ordered something and it came in time, in perfect condition. Thanks guys!
