I think new look is absolutely amazing🥰

Poor filtering options and limited UX features to aid / streamline navigation making finding things like a simple top that I’ve tried on on a physical store a chore to find online, fatigue and dropping out from the app despite my a) knowing New Look have the top online and b) wanting to make New Look a destination for a quick basics shop

So noticed on my tracking details that my order was going to wrong address and tried to contact new look and there is a 44-57 minute wait
