## New Ryan Field Description
Welcome to Ryan Field. Download the Ryan Field app—it's the front door to your game day: buy and manage your tickets, unlock the Willie's $5 menu, order ahead at the Great Big Ten Grillout, tap and go at the Two-Minute Markets, and find your parking, gate, and maps before you leave the house.

New Ryan Field is reimagining college football—better-than-television sightlines from every seat, premium food and drink for every fan, and a game day designed around everyone in the building.

Premium for everyone. Every seat is an individual chair with a cupholder and armrests—no benches, no bleachers. The canopy covers every seat in the bowl, so every fan is protected from the weather while the playing surface stays open to the elements. Premium markets, portables, and bars serve every fan, not just club members.

Your ticket is your festival pass. Every ticket includes access to 200,000 square feet of festival grounds wrapping the stadium inside the secure perimeter—food, drinks, and entertainment well before kickoff, and a place to stay after the final whistle.

Five dollars, every game. Willie's Fan Favorites is Chicago's first $5 stadium menu—game-day basics, done properly, at markets on every level. Unlock it in the app.

The tailgate, with nothing to bring. The Great Big Ten Grillout opens before kickoff: barrel grills, corn roasters, and no cooler, parking pass, or truck required. Order ahead and reserve your spot in the app.

Premium extends to accessibility. Ryan Field will be the most accessible stadium ever built. Accessible seats are the best in the house, with world-class sightlines, weather protection, and comfort at every level and every angle.

Four festivals on every game day, included with every ticket: the Tailgating Plaza, where you can tailgate without the setup; the Village and Great Hall, a 50,000-square-foot culinary hub bringing the best restaurants from Evanston and Chicago together as a street festival; the Family Festival in a new park, with games, obstacle courses, and kids' activities; and the Student Festival—the best party on campus, creating new traditions while keeping old ones alive.

Four Rockwell Group-designed clubs—the Field Club, the Loft, the Northwestern Club, and the East Club—each with its own identity, amenities, and dining.

## New Ryan Field Reviews in Vereinigte Staaten

### *---- "Disgusting and Idiotic"
It's 2026, why do I buy from Ticketmaster, download this app, connect to Ticketmaster, and have to use this app? What is wrong with you all? Seek help.
-- Dumbapl, 2026-10-14

### *---- "This app sucks"
This app sucks. I just received the ticket for the Penn State game today October 5, 2026.

One star because I can’t give it ZERO!
-- Aponeurosis, 2026-10-06

### *---- "Field of Stupidity"
This app is terrible.

I bought Northwestern football tickets through Ticketmaster. That should have been the end of the technology journey. Buy tickets. Open Ticketmaster. Show tickets. Enter stadium.

Nope.

Instead, I was forced to download the Ryan Field app—a completely unnecessary middleman—just to access tickets I had ALREADY PURCHASED. What should have taken 10 seconds turned into a cumbersome, confusing mess of apps, accounts, redirects and screens.

Whoever designed this process apparently looked at Ticketmaster and thought, *“You know what this needs? Another app.”*

It doesn’t.

The technology is clunky. The process is unintuitive. The customer experience is awful. And the best part? After fighting through all of it, I now have an app occupying space on my phone that I never wanted and will probably never use again.

Here’s a revolutionary idea:

**Buy ticket → receive ticket → show ticket → enter stadium.**

That’s it.

Stop forcing customers to download your app so you can manufacture another “user.” If the only way you can get people to install your app is by holding their tickets hostage behind it, maybe the problem is the app.

Deleted immediately after the game.

**One star because zero isn’t an option.**
-- Brandtfever, 2026-10-03

### *---- "Pointless required app to get in"
This app is stupid and pointless. Why do I have to download an app to get my tickets only for the app to then force me to login into ticket master. Just plain stupid
-- Hannscott, 2026-10-03

### ***** "Awesome"
Whoever did the strategy around this whole stadium launch and the 360 activation should win an award. Incredible
-- Gelert22, 2026-10-02

### *---- "does not work"
Y’all have had two years to figure out how to get this to work and I cannot log in to Ticketmaster to access my tickets. So frustrating
-- Julesmd84, 2026-10-02

### *---- "Failing to Link to Ticketmaster"
You need this app in order to access your tickets, but after an hour of trying and trying to contact the ticket office, the app will still not connect to the Ticketmaster. Please fix before the first game tomorrow.
-- PopLockNDroppppppp, 2026-10-02

### *---- "Broken link"
Won’t link to Ticketmaster account
-- Tadorem, 2026-10-01

### *---- "Login function doesn’t work"
Can’t port over from Ticketmaster so I can’t access my tickets
-- JL7139, 2026-10-01

### *---- "So bad and glitchy"
Was told that I can only access my tickets in this app but whenever I clicked tickets or anything related to logging in there’s a bug message smh

This app is super helpful and easy to use. It’s very self explanatory and doesn’t glitch. It is really helpful to get acquainted with the new stadium.
