Really like the content this app has and it’s so nice to be able to talk to a REAL PERSON instead of a bot for coaching help. Easy to connect and I always feel like I’m getting advice from someone who cares.

Every time I try to upload my COVID-19 vaccination card, I get constant errors that the picture is the incorrect format. I am using the app to take the picture of the card. My company Maximus, is requiring that I get this card uploaded by 12/27. Can you please fix this?
What kinda idiots o my give you 5mb to upload a vaccination card. News flash morons, nothing is 5mb anymore.
Although the bugs from earlier versions have been fixed, this app still does not allow photo uploads for proof of vaccination.
It opens maybe you once a day take a screenshot of the clear to work. But some days it doesn’t seem to want to work. Even with full bars, or high speed WiFi and the most updated version of the app and IOS system
Apparently there is a new update for iOS v4.4.11 that is not available. Because of this, I now have to spend extra time when entering the building physically answering questions. With the past update and the one that is not available, I have had to delete and reinstall every time to answer the online questions. Then have to delete and reinstall every time I have to show my clearance. Why make employees use something that doesn’t work?
Every day I have to delete the app just to download it again for it to open for work. When I first open it it’s just a blank white screen. I have to have this for work and it’s driving me crazy. SOMEONE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!
Recent update seemed to break this app... I have to re download and install it everyday just to fill out the questionnaire to go to work. Hope it is fixed soon...
I know I’m just reiterating what everyone else is saying but I cannot stress enough, this is extremely problematic. I’m shocked it hasn’t been resolved.
