We so wanted to give 5 stars but..

My boyfriend made an account for us and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE NEXO, it’s so intuitive and a great experience to learn and use. 

But then they simply decide to terminate our account, as in you can never use us again. Like what the fudge guys? 

I also know what the reason must have been, we have tried to add both our credit cards so we could top-up more crypto with fiat. But I mean we live together, we’ve been together for 7 years so looking from a couples perspective it’s not unusual that from time to time we use each others card. 

We would have used Nexo to the end of days literally… we were happy we saw a way where we could earn interest etc etc etc a way to change our lives. And then without hesitation or simply doing the right thing and investigate/interrogate the just poof terminate us. 

We could have proved that we did nothing wrong but they unfortunately didn’t care one bit. 

I highly recommend Nexo to everyone just bear in mind that if you’re a couple that “shares” an account to NOT use each other’s cards just ONE because they will terminate your account without hesitation and give you no chance to explain yourself / prove your innocence. We didn’t even send any money or make any transfers from our cards we simply tried to get them verified so we could top-up.
