When I am returning the bike then it took two to three minutes. Which I feel shouldn’t happen as every minute is charged.

Good bike condition and Good customer care service too!

It didn’t show any notification when i parked the bike outside service zone. Weirdly the valid parking zone is marked in pink, which is confusing anyways. And they charged me 20€ as a fine. The customer executive was rude and asked me not to use the application when i said the bike not in a good condition so i had to leave it outside service zone.

Easy to use & they r all around frankfurt city for pick up. V rented 2 bikes for 40 mins and ended paying €3 each which is quite reasonable too.

I have been using Next for last 3 months now since I landed here in UK. I love using the app for my smaller commutes. Being from a Tech background,what amazes me about the next app is,how technologically simpler product they have created. The usability and simplicity of UI/UX of the app is something astonishes me. They are very less fault tolerant and their customer service is very promt and helpful.Next has to be benchmark for the statrups willing to tap the B2C market.

Really liked the service. The user experience can be improved by adding integrating Google or Apple maps for navigating to bike or parking station.

Very good app and great service

It took hardly 3 minutes to register and pickup, return in less than a minute. Good experience.
