Downloaded the app on 23/01 8pm, tried to open it but couldnt. Is the app down or fixed?

2 года пытаюсь пользоваться приложением, у меня платная подписка. Но пользоваться часто невозможно. Очень лагает, сбрасывает, всё пропадает. Рассчитывать на это приложение и работать с ним - очень сложно.

Бесконечно пытаются списать оплату

Невозможно отключить подписку, она не появляется в аппсторе и тд, после триального периода уже месяц каждый день пытаются списать деньги в оплату подписки годовой, а мне не зашел сервис, я не хочу им пользоваться, оставьте меня в покое

Одно из самых бесполезных для Reels

Масштабировать кадр при вставке в шаблон - нельзя, надо подрезать исходник. Перемещать или переставлять кадры между собой нельзя! Нужно вручную менять каждый! Это вообще древний век, мне кажется.. Клип сохраняется без музыки.. мол добавляйте через инстаграм, так лучше… позвольте, пожалуйста, мне самой выбирать как для меня лучше. Мне удобнее сделать через приложение и больше ничего не подгонять и не искать! И в целом, даже все равно, если не залетит. В моем случае - оригинального трека в исходном аккаунте (на который дают ссылку) уже нет! В итоге, 2 часа потраченного времени - выхлоп 0. Не говоря уже о том, что пару раз приложение залипало, видео не сохранялось, приходилось начинать сначала. Я не то, чтобы платить, я бесплатно этим приложением пользоваться не буду.

Неплохо, но

Задумка очень классная!) Нооо почему оно такое глюченное?!((( Хочешь сделать видео, в итоге хочется телефон об стену разбить(((

Лагает

Как функционал для сторис - не плохо. Но раздел с рилс откровенно лагает, с vpn или без- без разницы. Неудобно, что после сохранения видео оно идет в галерею без звука… ну а зачем оно мне без звука? Подстраивать музыку и искать нужную ноту в иг- неудобно. И к тому же, я думаю не каждый готов все постить в рилс. А в те же истории. Непродуманный момент считаю. Купила пробно на неделю за 450₽. Этих денег оно не стоит только лишь изза этого недоработанного раздела рилс.

Ничего не работает

Взяла пробную подписку, просидела час. Столько интересных задумок, стильные сториз. Но не грузится половина шаблонов. Просто зависает и тишина. Свои проекты кнопка не работает. Привязку к аккаунту сделать так и не получилось, ошибка… короче. Задумка отличная. Исполнение отвратительное(

Нет музыки

Сделала пробнуюподписку, при сохранении в галерею, музыки в рилс нет.

Как вернуть деньги за подписку???

Оплатила годовую подписку и всё стало виснуть. Редактирую шаблон, но видео становится черным экраном и больше ничего не возможно изменить. Пробовала закрывать приложение и снова редактировать с нуля - каждый раз одно и то же 🤦🏻‍♀️
