The NKED app includes:

 - A community that will keep you motivated and on-track

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS 

The NKED app is $24.99 USD per month, $64.99 USD quarterly, or $149.99 USD annually. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from the purchase date. Quarterly subscribers are billed every three months. Monthly subscribers are billed per month. Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in the Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

I have been using this app consistently for about three years.  I love it because there is a video showing proper form for each movement, there is a timer for rests that runs between sets, and there are several programs to choose from.  I have enjoyed finishing a shorter 8 week challenge and then shifting into a 12 week build.  I love that she gives you gym and home options as that has changed over the years.  I also love that while where is some
Variety in programming, she sticks with effective basics and you work at the same program for a few weeks… allowing you to progress in weight.  It’s the only weight lifting app I need!

### **--- "Great work outs, disappointing customer service"
I used this program for three months and had very good results. After three months, I was satisfied with my results and was going to continue exercising on my own using what I had learned to maintain. I canceled my membership within the app, which was allowed with the monthly membership plan I had selected. At the end of that month, my account was put on hold as it should have been and I no longer had access to the content of the program. Almost one year later I realized apple.com was still charging me for my membership even though I had canceled through the app and no longer had access to the Contant or my account. I Contacted customer support at NKED twice and have heard nothing back. I am really disappointed as I feel this was not my error.

I have been going to the gym for a long time and I know exactly what to do. In my case, this app is great for when I just want to go to the gym and have someone else plan my workouts. I used the follow the FitbyValen plans before so I have 100 percent trust that every workout will be a quality one. Can’t recommend it enough

This app rocks. I am able to create my own recipes as a vegetarian, and in line with my goals, not usually an option elsewhere. 
I have constant support and home options since I prefer that to a gym. The 12-week options are just the right length not to feel
overcommitted offered on both their 
SHRED & BUILD programs. And it’s adaptive to my level (not a pro!).

The old version was so much better! It was an 8 week program that was so easy to follow and I used it two Years ago and lost 30 lbs, I had been Reusing it recently and all of a sudden it changed and I’m so disappointed! I was so excited to get back in the gym especially after gaining weight from Covid. PLEASE ALLOW THE OLD VERSION BACK!!!!

I have been following Valen on IG forever and I’ve always loved how shes real (not a ton of makeup, fake lashes, and #1 she doesn’t have fake boobs 😋) such an inspiration to a formal collage athlete.

I got the annual membership at the end of last year, used it for about a month.

For what it is, it’s good. Easy follow along workouts.

Some things I dislike though, the app isn’t very user friendly. It’s difficult to choose a workout and there isn’t an option to make a schedule.

The biggest thing, it’s boring... I’m a former pole vaulter/ gymnast and these workouts are very slow, and extremely simple that for someone like me, they are boring.

There are “options” to make it harder but even then it’s not that fun (disappointing because her workout videos on her IG look great, they arnt the same here)

If you are a beginner looking to learn how to workout, this is probably good for you.

The routine exercises are great! Very well planned week by week along with meal plan recommendations. However; there are a lot of issues with the technical part of this app.   The timer it’s not functioning in all the exercises and other times it runs continuously for an hour at each one of the exercise sets. Other times the instructions doesn’t matches with the videos. The worst part is that the application crashes and you have to uninstall and reinstall the application every time. Right now I have done that process countless times and the app still freezes up and shuts down. When you send a message to the technical support you get an automated reply acknowledging your message and two days later a possible solution that works a few days and then it crashes again. I think that it’s an excellent tool to use for first time gym goers and start having flexibility and to awaken your body for those 50 and over or overweight. You will get motivated for sure and once you reach some flexibility, it would be a great idea to sign up for the personalized program tailored especially for you.
For your information When I have  technical issues with the FitbyValen app, I follow the written instructions and set my own timer because the exercises routines are great and you can see results.

I’m finally working out in a way that affects me aesthetically the way I would like! Huge shout out to Valentina for that. Couple points and room for improvement:
1. The app is glitchy and crashes quite often
2. The videos don’t work for me
3. I wish the app was easier to navigate 
4. More comments on form would be wonderful as some of the movements are advanced and I find myself looking up YouTube videos to ensure I don’t hurt myself
