I love how user friendly this app is. My accounts are categorized and named, making for easy access.
With the daily hustle of work and home and kids this online app has been more than convenient but more so staying on top of my expenses tracking my budget and the safety of it brings me so much joy and peace in my daily task. Now if we can get the pending amount deducted immediately instead of waiting on a few extra days to show up this would be perfection! Thank you for your time
I have been with Noble Credit Union for almost 5 years as of today and really enjoy using the app. However, this app need an update to be more compatible with iOS16 because after updating to iOS16, Voiceover won’t read the transactions on the available accounts. I’ve called and emailed them to report this bug after updating to iOS16 and they told me they will report the bug or feedback to their developer team to fix it. It has been 3 months and nothing happen. Also, if you are a Voiceover user like me and when you go to add a recipient and when you double tap the last name edit box, the box won’t open. I wish they would update the app so we can continue to monitor our day to day use transactions as we use the bank. Below is the updated note and the current version of the app that everyone are using today. This version has been out to improve Voiceover, but not on iOS16 with the transactions. Once this app is fix, I would probably update my iPad to iPad OS 16. I love the app except direct deposit . I could not use it for taking picture for direct deposit.
The mobile check deposit is not working, Noble also turned on automatic payments for my CC which caused me to overdraft, which I did not authorize. I authorized them to make a one time payment over the phone. That’s it.
Not able to take a picture of a check on multiple devices. It says to rotate the camera to take a picture but won’t engage the camera. Never had this problem before.
I love the app, however I just changed my phone to an IPhone 14 pro, and it won’t let me deposit a check. The camera shows a blurry image and a message that says: ROTATE YOHR DEVICE TO CONTINUE YOUR DEPOSIT. I rotated it, but didn’t work. And yes I made sure the camera was allowed to use with the app. And turned off Lock Screen. Tried it several times it just won’t allow me. I used an iPad and it worked. My iPhone did allow me to deposit a check with other bank apps.
You need to clearly give instructions on what exactly to write on the back side of the check BEFORE you ask us to take a picture of it…
Check Deposit is not working. Keeps making me retake picture of front view of check over and over and still gives me error message.
