Customer support is awful. They basically say that they are not responsible for coverage and if I have no internet that’s my problem and I should call Thai provider they’re using. I don’t recommend this service. Use other apps like GoMoWorld, they are much better and they care for their customers.
Nie bardzo rozumiem dlaczego aplikacja ma tak wysoką ocenę. Móże i ceny są niskie ale jakoś świadczonych usług równie niska.
Suddenly internet access stops, and their support lets you know that you still have some traffic and they are working on it At the end, they tell you run out of traffic so go do fix it yourself.

Fast and effective help from customer service
Data plans offered are ~1.5x-2x more expensive than those offered by the competitors. Good customer service, issued refund after issues with plan activation.
The internet connection is very slow (USA) and can just disappear sometimes.
Worked for great majority of the plan (11,80 / 12gb) then stopped, addon didn’t activate and I’m out of internet and cannot refund the addon which cannot start. Unable to contact support - messages do not arrive in app. It just says “Message failed to send” and that’s it. No support at all.
