Takes multiple pushes to get the gate to open. Recently had work done on the gates. Was told by the complex to re-download the app to help with making the gates work. Well, now you can’t log in. The login button does not work. Only the forgot password button. So this app is currently nonfunctional. Thankfully my gates have a code box you can use still.

The log in button doesn’t work and you can’t even log in to use the app! I’m suppose to use this for my new apartments and I can’t even get in the gate or gym because the app doesn’t even work.

Garbage. Worked for about a week. Then repeated hitting of “open” for it to work. Then or just locks on “log in /reset password page”.

Worst app on the App Store. I have been stuck outside my apartment gate for 1 hour…. Because I can’t log in. I did every troubleshooting known to man.

When I download and hit “login” it just sits and does nothing. Wish my apt complex went back to the FOB bc this is trash. Plus there is not help when reaching support after hours.

For about three months or so I Haven't been able to login. Pressing the button does nothing.

Never work, I can even log in back and my complex uses this app to open the gates. This app should be delete from the App Store
