Están conectadas y se puede eliminar y volver a conectar sin embargo sale Camara no disponible. Es terrible que esto pase pues son para el monitoreo de nuestros bebés.

I bought it as a baby camera but one day the sound just stopped working. I recently bought another one and the sound doesn’t work as well. Please help @nooie. It’s frustrating that it doesn’t work properly so I don’t know if my baby/toddler is crying or needs help

I really did like the Nooie cameras and app when I first started using it, so much so that I decided to buy more to use throughout my house. But now I’ve found that the app just keeps crashing or not showing the cameras. This is quite annoying because it seems to happen at the worst times and honestly too often, every app has its mishaps but an app shouldn’t have weekly issues. I’m 50/50 on recommending the cameras due to the problem with the app. If I would have known about this issue with the app before hand I would have just went with another company. Overall, I do like the quality of the cameras and when the app is actually working, it’s great.

The Nooie indoor camera refuses to reset. It won’t flash red to pair at all. There is no actual support team. I’m never using a Nooie product again.

Seems like the latest update caused constant connectivity issues - keep getting the same error that my connection is unstable when it fact it’s excellent, I’m pulling consistently 400-500 mbps on the speed test and all other apps and YouTube working just fine. Unable to even load my 3 cameras in the app. Used to work fine for the longest time. Please roll back the latest update to the previous version and do a better job at testing things before deploying new updates. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Having a billing issue and cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service. I was charged for a yearly subscription to nooie+ so I can go back and see video recording- I tried to cancel it & the automatic payment. They shut off my yearly subscription today and have kept the money. The support chat in the app doesn’t work, I sent emails but nothing has come back to me in a week. Very fishy and seems kind of like a scam. For a baby monitor that’s really scary.

Hello, it seems that the audio is no longer working from the video, which makes it the camera almost useless.

So many things. Simply, the cloud service subscription is a scam and the memory card version for the 360° does not work. Loading time is always exceptionally long. And my biggest frustration is that there is no setting to turn off the CONSTANT stream of spam push notification they send you about their “30% off” sales. It’s more than once a week and I’m over it. Push and email.

It keeps saying that I’m offline and it won’t let me change my portion settings or delete or add another mealtime

I can talk to my baby but cannot hear him. If you google “Nooie 360 sound not working” you will find communities full of these issues
