The Notes field is useless because you can’t search in it. I have a lot of text in the notes field. In a different password manager I use when I search for string it becomes highlighted in yellow so I can easily spot it by scrolling. 

Also, the list of passwords is two graphical and should be displayed in a simple list A-to-Z. If you have hundreds of passwords, the UI is annoying. 

Lastly, if you make suggestions to Support, not only do they not answer your question but they terminate your subscription. Very poor way of handling a new customer.
