Nord is easy and reliable to use, it doesn’t slow down my internet at all and offers several locations for the best streaming and browsing experience. Definitely would recommend. Hopefully it can add more countries in Africa

Useless in Asia, even worse customer service
NordVPN is nothing but a waste of money if you plan to use it in Asia. The service either slows your internet to a crawl or outright blocks your connection. In several countries, it didn’t work at all. Because of these constant issues, I couldn’t log in and ended up missing the 30-day refund window by just one day. Despite clearly explaining my situation, all I got was copy-pasted replies quoting their rigid refund policy. Zero empathy, zero flexibility, zero interest in helping their customers. It’s absurd that a service marketed as reliable and global doesn’t even function in large parts of the world. To make matters worse, the customer support is completely useless—robotic responses, no solutions, and no care for customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a VPN that works when and where you need it, avoid NordVPN at all costs. One star is too generous, but there’s no option for zero.
