SCAM BEHAVIOR
I read all over the internet and in AI recommendations that Nord VPN is the best. So the obvious thing was to try it out. Trying it out, I noticed a lot of shady behavior from the app; firstly, you can really use it without creating an account. And if you think creating an account will allow you a free trial, think again! The app offers no free trial and that’s the second thing. Third; once you create an account and say “hey, maybe let me pay for one month and try it out,” they instead keep bombarding you with an “offer” for $60 for the first year. If you choose to cancel the offer and try selecting your own plan (one month) it fails and keep bringing back that same $60 offer. As in, it’s the only existing package. Thats Nord VPN for on mac.

Well, I totally regret having ever paid for this app. First of all, it hardly connects. Despite the response they always giving of changing connection protocols, the app still fails to connect most of the time. That’s in addition to the app always freezing again and again. I’m so done with it.

Not sure this app works very well makes my phone very slow pages don’t load
No live customer support
The service is great, however, I recently enrolled in an employer benefit for Identity theft protection powered by Norton. I wanted to know if it was possible to cancel my recent renewal and get a refund as I won’t need their vpn next year, it is included with my benefit. All they detail in the email though is how to turn off auto renewal. I have already done this and can’t seem to get a straight answer. There’s no phone number to contact and I’ve tried to resolve this three different ways.
