Norton360 Anti Virus Scan, VPN

I have been using Norton360 for more than 20 years. On my desktop, phone, iPad and notebook. I have never in all those years had a virus. Years ago my laptop died of old age when I bought a new one Norton put everything back on the new laptop remotely. Because I use the backup option. I will be using Norton as my security for the rest of my life and I don’t care what anyone says I have twenty years of hassle free computing and looking forward to the next twenty years.

On my contract,I am supposed to be able to register 5 appliances but have only been able to register 4. Where can I get help to sort this out?

Very disappointing

I have found the app to be a little bit dated with the interface. It promises a great deal but underdelivers. The VPN is constantly disconnecting. As soon as I turn away from the app it’s off. I will be asking for a refund and hopefully at a later date its performance will improve as well as the dates look.

I paid the yearly subscription thinking that it will enable me to use on 5 different devices as advertised, but it’s only giving me 3! Also it started to block me from using my mobile data, even though the signal is perfectly fine. I need to have this refunded. How can I go about getting a refund? I only started subscriptions yesterday.

Norton app - like the secretary filing her nails at the desk says “no problem, everything’s fine.” But my iPhone says, that my details are on the Dark Web and compromised to change passwords. My iPhone also tells me my details were released in a data leak. So, who do I believe? Norton green lighting EVERYTHING…. or the iPhone that tells me selective addresses have been breached? I can tell you easy way to check? My ‘sent’ folder was empty. Who knows what emails have been sent out? So before I pay the hard earned - I, AT THE VERY LEAST would like equivalent security as my freely supplied iPhone offers. Otherwise - I can save heaps by just purchasing VPN. Made me fill out lots of forms to get to contact number only to have corporate circular pages. No contact. No response. That is just rude. I have tried for days to resolve this… nothing. So the 2 stars are for the VPN. THAT, does work. PS now I am receiving 2 inbox of emails in my account. …Really? I mean you boast about how good you are. I’d like to see that. Really. If you read your reviews Norton people, this is a last resort contact.

I downloaded this app as I suspected my iPhone had been hacked or spyware had been put on it. This app did pick up on details on the dark web nor the spyware ect on said devices but there is spyware on it support has no clue link goes to help your self style help desk no real people to be able to talk with very annoying only help was to factory reset the phone what is the point of this software if there is no real support even when developer says hay ask help desk cause we would really like to help but there is no direct link between developers and help desk they just say oh do a factory reset

Be careful when you’re getting sucked in to pay. I was going to try the free trial before I purchase the subscription but when I tried to activate the free trial on offer it immediately took money from me. Just be cautious
