Norton is draining up my cellular data
Is there a reason that Norton app has been draining up my cellular data up to 7Gs for the initial 9 days of this month? Not only my iPhone data usage shows but also from the report of my carrier. Norton VPN is active during the time btw. Please explain this
Unable to fully download updates for iPhone 15 Pro Max
On few occasions download stopped and was not fully downloaded. Yes, never happen on any other apps.
No notifications
No push notifications for out of date software until you actually open the app. Have provided feedback years ago but no action taken
The Mobile App version is useless
Norton 360 mobile app is useless on mobile phone. It block everything it deemed unsafe. Some trusted app (eg. Lazada and Shopee) I use cannot function because of the Norton 360 VPN. Wasted a license on Mobile phone.
Doesn’t add all mobile number in Lifelock
I tried to add my mobile number for identity protection, but it fails to add any mobile number which is less then 9 digit. As my mobile number is of 8 digit. I tried to add 0 in the beginning but it doesn’t recognize that too.
⚠️ Security Loopholes ⚠️
The VPN connection breaks after not using the phone despite still being connected to the internet throughout the whole process. Your location will be leaked if you’re listening to music on Bluetooth is on whilst. Literally saw a nearby location. Unless they patch this security loophole, do not purchase/utilise unless you want a breach.
Use only if you don’t mind VPN secretly being enabled
This is a fine product only if you don’t mind VPN being switched on when you’re not looking.
