User interface is not good at all.

You dont really have control about what you’re doing. User interface deliberately complicated to confuse the user. Nice to see , but nightmare to use.

Too many bugs

Lately I am experiencing a lot of bugs with the product.

Wäre eigentlich gut, wenn das VPN nicht ständig verreisen würde. Es ist daher sehr mühsam, sich immer wieder einzuloggen, um die Verbindung wieder herzustellen.

Update funktioniert schon wieder nicht!!

Update: Und das Problem besteht immer noch und niemand kümmert sich darum bei Norton! Einmal mehr funktioniert der aktuelle update nicht!!! Wird längere Zeit blockiert. Norton war vor Jahren mal sehr gut - das aktuelle Norton-Produkt aus Kundensicht leider nicht mehr und verursacht leider viel zu viel Ärger.

Good app, but VPN is not perfect

The app is working good but the VPN is server is often down. Perhaps twice per month. Another feature is missing on IOS and macOS too, VPN tunnelling. On Windows app it has, but neither on IOS nur macOS. There are a-lot of internet services, which are are not accessible by VPN providers public IP. Developers! Please think of these two too.
