App constantly logs you out which is super annoying. Great company etc but work on the app guys!

It is very frustrating as 9/10 times I open the app and go to the booking option, this goes blank and doesn’t show any information. I have tried to close and re open the app, even delete and reinstall but the problem remains. In the end I end up do my research via browser which is not optimal at all. Please fix it🙏

Does what it is supposed to. I would love to have a feature that could show me all the seats combined for my boarding passes. Instead of scrolling through 8 passes.

I feel safe with Norwegian and respected

Syntes det er mærkeligt at det ikke er muligt i appen at vælge sæde. Ellers ville det være 5*

Vi fik inden rejsen at vide at klapvognen kunne komme med helt til gaten. I lufthavnen skulle den dog pludselig checkes ind. Dårlig rådgivning.

You should really swop the colors of the tabs “arrival” and “departure” on the page flight status. The blue is the one you expect to be active, but it is not.

Jeg har købt billet med både indtjekket bagage på 23 kg og kabine kuffert, men på indtjekning står der ar jeg ikke kan benytte kabine kuffert. Surt, når man er på vej og det er noget jeg har betalt for. Så skal jeg bruge tid på det i lufthavnen. Jeg føler hele tiden at der er lagt “fælder” i alt fra køb til indtjekning. Så man kan altid frygte for besvær og ekstraregninger.

Meget besværligt at betale i appen, kan ikke engang gemme betalingskortet.
