Какво става с това приложение?!
Приложението е добро,но изведнъж без причина ме изкара от профила ми.Аз не си помня паролата.За това дадох “забравена парола”.Трябваше да си напиша имейла и да ми дойде съобщение но то не дойде.Пробвах няколко пъти.Даже пробваш с iCloud но пак не стана.Моля оправете приложението!

Дава грешки и не може да се прилагат отстъпките, които са валидни само през приложението.

When placing item with sign “free delivery “, there is always delivery charge. Please fix this issue. Thank you
Not showing negative reviews, parfumes with questionable quality, not able to apple pay
1)Why this app always has problems with apple pay? This time I see a The country code is invalid error. 2) over the last year I have ordered around 5 parfumes from Notino. 3-4 of them im not sure are completely genuine as they have very short projection. 3) I have wrote reviews in the app and the website and the positive ones always appear but the negative ones don't! This is a very bad seller practice but you can't hide your reviews here on the app store!

В приложението ви човек може да забрави за какво точно е влязъл и какво е искал да поръча, докато си бори да си попълни адреса! Не съществува опцията за използване на букви във формата за адрес! Супер тъпо, защото моят адрес съдържа и букви! Поработят върху оптималността да това приложение, защото идеята му е до е удобно и лесно за използване, а не борба с чавки в продължение на часове! Ако целта му е да отказва потребителя обаче, да знаете, че работи перфектно!

Здравейте, Приложението има много удобни функционалности, магазина е гъвкав и с добри маркетингови практики, качествени стоки, НО на мен ми е много неудобно задължителното вертикално позициониране на таблета, който е устройството, което обикновено ползвам при пазаруване. При закупуване в полето за избор на доставка има опция , която гарантира безплатна доставка. Избирайки я - начислява пари . При писането на ревю не се вижда текста и пишеш на слуки. При поръчка през приложението ти дават код за отстъпка, който ставено не се приема в общата поръчка и е невалиден . Не прекарах повече от 15 Мин в приложението и повече и не бих отделила време
