I paid to have access weekly. I was charged December 9th and December 10th for the week and today I have no access. I look on the app and there is no way to contact anyone about the issue. The app is good, but a lot of stories are the same just different titles. Only leaving one star because I don’t appreciate the double charge and then no access.
I purchased the unlimited weekly package at $19.99 but am limited to the $14.99 experience where you may only read a few chapters of each book. I have tried to purchase it again but it tells me I already have that plan but still I am unable to read whole books. Please resolve. Before this happened I was giving the app 5 stars but I am unable to read now.
I love the simplicity of the app and how many ways you can change the way you read the books and the variety of reads on here!
Don’t do it, they charge 14.99 and when you pay they don’t unlock the chapters a few people have said that they have access but the books you find on the app are also in the kindle book app. They say to reach out to the help center but it doesn’t exist I’ll be disputing this with my bank. I just wanted to read but I’ll definitely just get the kindle app.
This is my first reading app since I began reading again recently and it’s great! I’ve had no payment problems and I love the books! Author Alexis Dee has my heart! 😭 only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it does advertise as “free reading” when it’s not and I wish it were a little cheaper. But otherwise, great app!
I’ve been trying to use this app. I paid for the weekly subscription and it won’t even let me read. It says I already have a subscription when I try to buy register again. Save your money!
Adds and “free” reading are about 2-3 chapters. It’s 15$ a week. No not when I can read anything I want free on kindle for that a MONTH. All these reading apps need to look at their price systems they are ridiculous
Tried for Three yes 3 separate weeks to pay and read and each time it never worked! Can only talk through What’s App which this device does not support so you can’t even contact them.
The book I’m reading has both, love and war. It is so hard to put down.
I would love to continue to read this book but I am not about to pay 15$ weekly for this app. That is insane.
