Μπορείς να αναφέρεις ένα πρόβλημα στην περιοχή σου χωρίς να ψάχνεις τηλέφωνα στους καταλόγους των δήμων γλυτώνοντας πολύ χρόνο.

Εξαιρετικά χρήσιμη, ειδικά στο Δήμο Αθηναίων, όπου φαίνεται να αξιοποιείται και ιδιαίτερα, και για αναφορά ασυνείδητων που παρκάρουν όπου να ναι. Ένα μικρό bug είναι ότι έχει μπερδευτεί η θερμοκρασία με την υγρασία κ δείχνει ότι η Αθήνα έχει 15.1 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία μέρα μεσημέρι.

### *---- "Used to be efficient"
I was using the app a lot  in the past (3-4 years ago) since the reporting was working. The authorities were doing their job. However, the last months nothing seems to work. I report a problem usually by attaching a photo and the authorities they either do nothing or they just lie. Sometimes, they question my report! This, for example, happened when I reported illegal parking in front of a 5-star hospital in Athens taking all the space of the pedestrians. Obviously, there is an internal communications between the hotel and the municipality of Athens, whatever that means. So uninstalling the app is the wise option. At least I m taking my “free space” back!

### *---- "Οι απαντήσεις έρχονται αργά"
Καλό θα ήταν οι απαντήσεις για την όποια κατάσταση βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη ή αποκαταστάθηκε να έρχεται άντε σε δυο ημέρες. Όχι μετά από ένα τρίμηνο. Δηλαδή μια αναφορά που έγινε  Δεκέμβριο για τα φώτα και αποκαταστάθηκε το αναμενόμενο θα ήταν και λογικό να είχαμε ενημερωση απάντηση ότι επιλύθηκε το πολύ σε δυο μέρες μετά το αίτημα βλάβης και όχι να λαμβάνουμε μήνυμα χτες ότι επιλύθηκε. Και να δημιουργείται αναστάτωση ποτε εστειλα αίτημα και γιατί απαντά σε εμένα κλπ

In general this app is a great udea. It helps with everyday life of citizens. 
I travel to many cities due to work all the time and i noticed that previous reports can not be loaded. I don’t have access to information that can help me navigate better in another city. Please check if there is a problem currently.

Έστειλα φωτογραφία για όχημα παράνομα σταθμευμένο του οποιου ο οδηγός είχε αφαιρέσει πινακίδες και καλύψει τον αριθ πλαισιου, ώστε να μην μπορεί η δημοτική αστυνομία να του κόψει κλήση
Και μετεφεραν την κατάσταση της αναφοράς μου απο «σε εκκρεμότητα» σε «ολοκληρωμένη» ενημερώνοντάς με ότι επιλύθηκε το ζήτημα. Το αυτοκίνητο 3 ημέρες μετα βρίσκεται στο ιδιο (απαγορευμένο) σημειο και κανεις δεν εχει κανει τίποτα
Εστειλα νεα αναφορα την οποια εντος δευτερολέπτων την μετεφεραν στις «ολοκληρωμένες»
Πιστευω πως μας «δουλεύουν» και απλά το σύστημα στήθηκε ώστε να απορροφηθούν «λεφτουδάκια» απο την ΕΕ (και να λέμε οτι εχουμε και τέτοια εφαρμογή)

Μια καλή ιδέα για να αποφύγουμε τις διπλοεγγραφές θα ήταν την ώρα που γίνεται η καταχώρηση, το σύστημα να εμφανίζει τις καταχωρήσεις σε μια μικρή ακτίνα 100 200 m για παράδειγμα ώστε να γνωρίζει ο πολίτης εάν το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα έχει καταχωρήθει ξανά.

Μόλις έκανα εγγραφή στην εφαρμογή. Την άνοιξα για να ψάξω τη λειτουργία «υιοθέτησε ένα δέντρο», όμως στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος (Η πόλη μου => Φίλτρα => Σημεία Ενδιαφέροντος) συμπεριλαμβάνονται δέντρα. Τι μπορεί να γίνει; Κατέβασα την εφαρμογή για τη λειτουργία αυτή κυρίως…

Great app idea, but in Athens Greece the city receives the complaints, does absolutely nothing, and a couple of days later send a “action completed” note. Developer should have a way follow up to check that complaints are actually being handled

Why Athens pay for an solution without use it? Personally I report the same thing about 16 times and ….. nothing happens, but the report is closed as resolved hahahaha

30/6 τηλεφωνο απο την «εξυπηρετηση»: -«να δουμε καποιες ρυθμισεις στο κινητο σας μαζι μηπως αυτες φταινε για το προβλημα;» - και πως θα τις δουμε αν μιλαμε; - σωστα.. να σας στειλω ενα μεηλ τι χρειαζομαι; - ναι - σας στελνω και θα σας ξαναπαρω αργοτερα Ναι ναι, ακομα περιμενω μεηλ (δεν το βρισκουμε μαλλον; Δεν ξερουμε τι ρυθμισεις να προτεινουμε;) και τηλεφωνο (προφανως). ΥΓ. Γιατι συνεχιζουν να εξαφανιζονται οι κακες κριτικες;;;;
