You could keep track of what your kids do if they have too much screen time or something like that. It’s really nice and neat. This is very good! However, in my opinion, i think Now Then should have a timer/alarm. That would help a lot. If you have like a time limit of something you could set that alarm and use it. Instead of having to have two apps and going in between them each time. You should definitely add a time/alarm. If I don’t strictly allocate a number of hours each day to each type of task it’s easy for the most urgent type to overwhelm the others so they don’t get done at all. This app is the perfect way to track in real-time, how I’m balancing my day so this doesn’t happen. -- safaritoo, 2020-01-12 ### ****- "Cool but functionality issues" Really cool concept for time management! Enjoying so far. Few issues with aesthetics/functionality that could be improved: - some of the graphs don’t find on my device screen horizontally or vertically (iPhone 6S) making scrolling a bit weird and the data hard to understand - can’t log multiple items that occur at the same time (eg I read on my commute but I can’t log both items happening at the same time). Although my reading a commute happened at the same time I had to log my reading hours at a weird time - auto add pop up after adding a task is a bit annoying - I wish I could delete things more easily or multiple at once. I tried to delete the sample data and ended up having to manually delete 15 different events - I’ve accidentally clicked to ‘record’ a Now action maybe four times while trying to edit it/add sub tasks. Maybe this UX/UI could be a bit better explained or less easy to accidentally record time -- ebob1793, 2019-03-12 ### ****- "Great idea that could be improved?" I love this apps approach to time tracking, although for me a big part of productivity apps is intuitiveness. If this app integrated the functionality into an iOS widget I would upgrade right now. As it stands, I’ll test it out for a little longer to see if I use it as much as I’d like to. Another thing would be to be able to sync with my Google Calendar. Two tiny suggestions: -Make it more obvious when adding a new vs updating an existing task. -perhaps re think the buttons for the graphics- have to select from below, but then select from the top which one.
