love the user interface of the app. easy to use. lots of features. love the online consultation option and tons of doctors to choose from based on location. keep up the good work.

Good thing my doctor introduced me to this app, It’s now easier to book appointments with her. All my prescriptions are easier to find too. I also use the app to book consultations for my family.

Best ophthalmologist I’ve come to know—-sensitive and never in a rush when he sees his patients. A real doctor who cares and understands his patient. A great teacher too!

This app does not allow scheduling 2 Doctors on the same day in the same hospital. It doesn’t allow rescheduling, instead it cancels the appointments and blocks the customer. Why can’t the company make hourly appointments so that customers (patients) can schedule appointments on the same day in the same hospital?

It freezes everytime I try to register my phone and start using the app. What’s happening? I have not been able to use it!!!! I have raised this with the support team but they cannot resolve this. Really really bad app. Just an update: It works on older iOS versions like iOS 12.4 but not on iOS 14.6 (the latest). It works on my iPhone 6 but not in my iPhone cS Max

Love this app and how much easier it make my life booking appointments for myself and all family members! Do wish all doctors were on this platform as currently some of our regular doctors are not. One feedback: ability to “favorite” doctors would be very useful and make finding doctors easy in the future, for example when I’m not ready to book but want to save doctor recommendations from friends.
