I use the service for my business. Some calls make it through, some don’t and that’s the biggest problem because most people probably don’t even realize half the calls aren’t coming through. I only find out when I have angry customers yell at me. For a year and a half every month or so I have to contact NumberBarn support. They tell me “great news! We’ve fixed your issue!” It’s never been fixed. It improves for a day or two then regresses. It does confirm that it’s a number barn issue, because they are able to improve performance in the short term.
