Terrible!
All my custom foods are gone, and app no longer sinks with my iPhone. Maybe it’s time to get rid of Nutrisystem altogether! Edit: App still not working! Either get it fixed or I cancel my Nutrisystem account! Edit: Still no update, as of 7/24/24. Obviously, you don’t want my business. I will be canceling my Nutrisystem account!
Step tracker hasn’t worked in a long time
Would give it more stars but the step tracker hasn't worked in the activity tracking for several months now. Wish they would fix that. I called about a month ago and they said they were working on it and it should be working in a few days…alas that is not the case. Frustrating!
Not easy to use
Search function is difficult. Even for NutriSystem items you often have to have the exact title of the item to find it. E.g. You can’t just type meatloaf to get all items, you have to type exactly as listed on the box. Under journal I can’t edit or an error logging activities. I can’t create my own recipes easily. They could learn a lot from MyFitnessPal system.

This app will no longer allow you to download your saved meals and bring them up again so they need to fix it

Clunky, bug-y and broken. Lost access to all of my favs. Barcode scanning dysfunctional.

Broken
I like this app when it works. Consistency is the key to any weight loss program, but this app seems to be down as much as it’s working. That makes it more harmful than helpful.
Disappointed
I find everything but what I want to know. I’m so frustrated I feel like just forgetting the websites and figuring it out myself
App not working as well
After some update, app doesn’t work as well as it did. Can’t get activity to link with my phone. Non Nutrisystem items don’t scan like they did before. Custom foods we had put in don’t come up in searches.
