Even with subscription, you’ll get a lot of Ads
The app looks and works good, I’ll give it that but I didn’t pay my subscription to get ads on my readings.
Ads are annoying and interrupt my own music
Ads take up almost the entire page and eat up your data with its gif/video format. Not to mention how they literally stop my music every time I scroll past the same dumb ad. Can you please not put invasive ads in the app? Sincerely, monthly subscriber
The nytimes app can not unsubscribe.
The news great, but missing unsubscribe button. Once you join it will charge your money forever.
Problem with latest update
The mini crossword doesn’t fit into iPhone 12’s screen.

The cancel subscription process is stupid and need to wait a half of hour! The customer service don’t even try to understand the customer needs. Please consider it before your subscription!
Functional app
Love how the layout replicates a printed broadsheet. I wonder if it would be possible to queue up links for later reading? Generally one doesn’t stop reading an article midway in order to follow an in-line link. And my kingdom for dark mode!
Paid but the app is not functioning at all
I have subscribed for a few weeks but recently I can’t see any article - when I just open the app it can’t even show its homepage properly
Factual, but somehow too liberal
The contents are mostly factual, however, with some loaded words that tend to have a negative connotation to the conservative. Overall, it still credible but needed to consider using more neutral clauses.
