The app has been fine, until this week when it has suddenly stopped retaining any edit I make to parcel names and simply returns them to tracking numbers on closing the app. Very annoying.

Does this app ever actually work? Easier to use the website.

I had to go running around and ask my neighbour if they had seen my package because they had delivered it to the wrong address even though it was clearly written the right one 😡

Takes 5min to update itself. You need to open it and walk away for 5min even then it still sometimes doesn’t update. Not worth using, very disappointed with the whole thing. Use the web site works in seconds not minutes.

Trying to track a parcel, I have a number, but nothing comes up. I have no idea where parcel is that was picked up from sender, 5 days ago…

The app is so useless that it takes over a web browser on my phone but has less functionality than the website. I can’t get my parcel redelivered as they don’t give me that option. So useless!! Go to the website on the calling card and it opens the app meaning I’m stuck in a loop that doesn’t solve my problem.

It’s been clunky and problematic over the years but this year I have found it really good. So useful to track parcels around NZ with notifications as parcel makes its way through the process. Naming my parcel is super handy to recognise too. 👍

Lags and even worse when more than 1 parcel

Waste of time, takes ages to load tracking information. At least it’s stopped logging you out hence the 2 stars.

I dont understand the point of having an app when it never works. Its a joke and waste of time. Sort it out please nz post
