This app is hands down the most frustrating App I’ve ever had. It’s constantly disconnecting from the Oasis Mini and sitting there spinning. I get the tracks loaded and then it freezes. I hate this freaking app so much I want to throw the oasis out.
Very cool, but would like to be able to automatically have designs stay for more than just 30 minutes…up to 24 hours would be great!
I bought this for my office. There’s no public wifi at work, so my phone and oasis will never be connected to an external wifi network. I was able to get it to work; after much twiddling; by connecting to my phone hotspot. However, when turning it back on the next time this connection is lost and you have to start from scratch. Basically unusable for my setup
Why is there no way to shut it off from the app? Also, it would be nice to be able to set a timer for the mini. This app needs a lot of work. The mini itself is awesome!
App is pretty laggy - I definitely see room for improvement and low-hanging fruit features that could really enhance the experience. Lots of “your oasis is busy” loading messages. Also, no way to turn the system on/off unless you physically unplug it.
I just don’t know anymore. It’s now making a clicking noise.
I got this for Christmas and it worked all of one second because of the app. I was able to connect to its WiFi then it to my own and activate it. Then the app disconnected me and I was no longer able to activate the device making it only an LED light. I followed the instructions again and again and wasn’t able to get it to work
This app needs a ton of work. Anytime there is a new version it bugs out for a while and won’t download or has problems. When it finally does what it’s supposed to, it’s fine. But the frustration of getting there is a whole other level. Changing playlists can cause a mountain of glitches and frustration as well.
Trying to get this app to connect to the mini on Christmas Day has brought nothing but frustration and stress. No success after hours. Update: after changing some settings on my router, including disabling the 5ghz and allowing devices to discover each other on the network, it is working. This should have been a suggestion in the instructions.
My son was sooooo excited about this gift and it does not work. The app won’t even let us set up account. Can’t get anything to work
