You purchase the expensive dongle and can’t do the long coding with it because you’re behind a payment plan which is extremely expensive. We’re just regular people and not garages. The whole app should be free including the OCA Store. This is a big rip off.

During installation off the app, it didn’t ask permission for Bluetooth, if I want to use the app now it brings me to settings BUT there is nothing to choose, ( no Bluetooth) I reinstalled the app twice but that didn’t work.

It’s certainly not cheap, especially with the pro pack but buying this enabled me to DIY a rearview camera installation for 150€ less than a aftermarket install and the add benefit I could code other features and use it on my BMW as well! For BMW their support was absolutely great so I am happy to pay for it as long as they are improving!

Don’t buy it!! Bought this tool because the garage want to charge me €150 for a software adjustment. Bought the Pro pack because it was with credits was my understanding. Opened and installed everything. They don’t 200 start up credits anymore. So now you need to buy 200 credits for €50. So total cost are now €170. That more then a professional garage. Don’t buy this product based on old YouTube videos!! They started milking their customers! Even with the pro pack bought you can buy the ultimate pack for 199 in app, that expensive like buying new product that free for lifetime. So don’t buy this anymore!!

The OBDeleven Pro pack is recognized Right away, mentions that an update is available, but then fails to install it everytime I try. Since the update is mandatory for using the app, Its pretty much useless to me.

“Gateway” unlocks without problems.
