The device is faulty and does not work on iPhones. When I actually find the device on my bluetooth, I click to connect and the device connects for only a couple of minutes and then it suddenly disconnects completely. 

This happens multiple times and as a result doesn't allow me to work on my car at all.

When I first bought the OBD scanner I knew they would charge for the modification parts and that’s fine. But when it comes to something as simple as resetting service intervals they want to charge you $4 per reset. Which is absurd. Useless besides knowing what code your car is throwing but that’s not worth the investment for this.

That’s it, scan for codes and clear any lights. Anything more than that and you have to pay extra. Dongle should be priced at $20 if they’re going to charge the crazy credit fees to do any little thing. For a little bit more you can just buy VCDS and have unlimited access.

I knew I’d have to pay for credits but this is just crazy. Put car in show mode 10 credits. Drops the car don’t can not be used again. Want to raise it? 10 more credits. Want to lower again? 10 more credits. This is a crazy business model. Everything cost money every time you use it. Just glad I bought it somewhere I can return it

I originally had the OBD11 pro then that went obsolete so I bought the new version which wasn’t cheap! Like many other reviews have stated all I wasn’t able to login to my old account so I had to set up a new account which I did through IOS app. Finally I was able to login and purchase to make a few changes to my dash and lights. Used it another time and it worked fine as well. Then I needed to scan my partners car and the Apple Sign in would work so I assumed ok let me reset my password. Email to reset was sent. I go through that process and get an error stating I already have an Account. Well I know that! That is how I got the reset email. 

Needless to say I wasn’t able to login at all. So when I needed this the most to clear out any codes prior to us purchasing another car and getting the most money for our trade in it failed me! I am still not able to log in so now I have lost money twice! And the sad part is that I didn’t even make it a big deal that I lost my first set of credits so here we go again these will be lost because I can’t login even though I spent money on the new version of the device! 

I don’t understand how so many people can keep reporting the same issues and they won’t do a simple fix! They sure make it easy for you to purchase credit to buy the apps which is crazy that you have to use credit to reverse something you already payed for. Not a good company and they clearly don’t care about their customers!

Have had this for almost 5 years. And now with the points system it’s $4 just to reset my oil light.. and another $4 to reset my inspection light… need to do your rear brakes yup that’s another $4 just nickel and dime their way to record profits, or bankruptcy… in the market for another scan tool now because my $80 obd eleven is now useless to me..

### **--- "A tiny brick. Can’t log in and no support available."
I am very frustrated with this product. I simply want to do a scan of my vehicle however, the app requires you to log into your account. I set up an account months ago with my Apple ID when I try to use the app today it refuses to allow me to login with my Apple ID account, when I go to the Support chat, I’m greeted by an automated chatbot that can’t help me. It suggest I talk to an agent. There are no agents online today. I am out of luck. This is very inconvenient. I do not recommend this device or app.

Renewed my subscription, went to use device and it didn’t recognize my account. Tried PW reset, no email to change password was sent. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, now all my credits are gone and there’s no way to contact anyone or recover old account.

I bought this to code my abs module . Had to try at least 20 times before it worked . Now I’m trying to scan my car and it will not communicate with any module but other scanners do . U have to pay for any little thing u want to do . Customer service is horrible . Go with the other option and save yourself a head ache
