I bought this device pro pack a few years ago. Since 2022 they removed free credits by advertorial usage. Also some coding options reached 50 credits from 10 credits points. Disgusting management and update, hope people will go for another brands
The app is great but you need to introduce Porsche, because it s also on a VAG platform !
Two months ago i saw that the device was not able to access my car modules anymore. Contacted chat support, provided all details, screenshots and even logs, they admitted that there is a BUG and closed my chat interaction without any other details. It will be fixed when it will be fixed. I do not have any support ticket ID, no BUG ID, nothing. Pro VAG lifetime plan and cannot use it anymore. Totally disappointed!!!

I scanned my 2016 Audi A3 sportback e tron with obd eleven. It reads 18 fault codes in 02 module transmission in which 16 are unknown codes. I tried to clear the fault codes but they just won’t disappear. I scanned it with vcds and there were no fault codes. I even went to Audi dealer and scanned it with dealers original scan tool and there were no faults. The car has no problem and it runs very well. I m just annoyed because when I open obd eleven app I m “greeted “with those 18 fault codes. Thinking about returning the product!
Please start/stop deactivation for skoda octavia 2020 would be the most useful thing
They removed “free” credits, and now i can’t even scan codes for my porsche that i was able to before. I think this scanner will end up in the trash. What a waste of money.
Recent am achiziționat obdeleven nextgen și aplicația se mișcă bine dar la date live nu îmi arată in totalitate ce am nevoie și la activări cu un click mai puține opțiuni ca la modelul din urmă , sper să se rezolve problema asta .
