Searching for anything on Ocado is a lucky dip, with many products never even surfacing

Whoever designed this app needs firing on the spot. It’s rubbish.  
I can’t see the Frozen Food section on the app, it appears to be hidden. 
Also, while carefully scrolling through items, the page will very quickly scroll, all by itself, to the bottom of the page. It’s always done this, and it’s so annoying!!

For the last three weeks all items in my trolley are not in order i.e. fridge items first,  then cupboard items, then frozen, then non food items. It makes it very difficult to see what you are missing when editing your shop. I now have to use the website instead which is very slow and glitchy. I contacted customer service weeks ago but the issue persists. Please fix this as it’s really frustrating. Thank you.

I’m an Ocado customer in SE England and order for my elderly parents in Cardiff and for myself when visiting them. I have now been advised that I can only book a delivery in Cardiff by creating a new email address and account but I’m already a SmartPass customer under my existing email address. Why on earth has this been changed?!
